JOB DESCRIPTION

Tellepsen Landscaping Services (TLS) is looking for an experienced Office Manager to support administrative functions, contribute to cash flow management, and to act as a liaison between TLS’ office personnel.

The primary goal of this position is to manage office operations to improve productivity. The position reports to the Vice President. This position is a support position that promotes a professional environment.

A general summary of the responsibilities is listed below:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
• Manage client billing
• Develop office procedures and policies
• Manage weekly payroll and benefits
• Reconcile bank statements
• Manage HR/Insurance
• Day to day office tasks

Required Skills

*This is not an entry level position. All candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to perform the duties, listed above, and the following during the interview process.

• 4 years or more related office experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work efficiently
• Must have good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
• Bi-lingual is a Plus
